Founded in 2009, WAYS has been a key player in the automotive industry for over 14 years, offering KaaS products and solutions powered by top-tier R&D, smart algorithms, and proprietary data. In collaboration with Meet&Co Office Furniture, WAYS transformed its new office into a dynamic and collaborative workspace designed to boost both productivity and employee satisfaction. At the heart of the redesign is a flexible modular benching system that supports teams of 4 to 12 people. With its clean white finish and spacious work surfaces, the system creates an open, inviting atmosphere while allowing easy reconfiguration to suit changing team sizes and layouts.

To complement the main work area, vibrant lounge spaces were added to encourage connection and relaxation. Modular sofas in bold, uplifting colors can be easily rearranged to create different seating arrangements, making the space more engaging and adaptable. Tucked between the open areas are cozy sofa pods—ideal for quiet focus, private calls, or simply taking a break. Together, these thoughtful furniture choices create a workplace that’s not only functional but also energizing and people-friendly.
