4. How to install these products?
We will provide installation instructions and design drawings.
5. Are the products easy to install?
We will provide installation drawings or installation services according to your needs.
6. Are the materials used environmentally friendly?
Yes. Our furniture is made with eco-friendly materials. Panel furniture uses E1-grade or higher boards, and upholstered pieces feature high-quality, sustainable leather and foam. All materials meet international environmental standards.
7. Are your products tested by third-party organizations?
Yes. Our products are tested and certified by third-party agencies to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
8. What is the production lead time?
Production typically takes 25 to 35 days, depending on the order size and specifications.
9. Do you provide product size and design drawings?
Yes. Dimension drawings are available for all of our product designs. If one isn’t immediately available, we’ll make sure to provide it as soon as possible.
10. I didn’t find the product I’m looking for in your showroom.
Not all of our products are displayed in the showroom due to space limitations. For more options, please refer to our full catalog, which features our complete range.
Customization & Services
1. Can you customize the packaging with our logo?
Yes, we can offer custom logo packaging for orders of 100 pieces or more.
2. Do you provide design services?
Yes, we offer free space planning and design services to support your project needs.
3. Are other color options available?
Yes. We provide color cards with a wide range of material and finish options for you to choose from.
4. Can the product be made in a different size?
Absolutely. We can customize sizes based on your specifications and requirements.
Pricing & Orders
1. What are your payment terms?
We typically require a 30% deposit to start production. The balance is due before shipment, and in some cases, within two working days after installation and acceptance.
2. Why are your prices higher than some competitors?
We understand that cost matters. Our pricing reflects our commitment to quality, durability, and excellent service. While we may not always be the lowest, we aim to offer the best long-term value.
3. Can you provide a price list?
We’ll gladly prepare a detailed quotation based on the products you’re interested in. Just let us know your preferences and requirements.
4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is USD 1,500. For sample orders, prices are typically more than double the standard rate. However, this additional cost will be deducted from your bulk order.
5. Can we request product samples for testing?
Yes, sample orders are available to help you evaluate the quality of our products before placing a larger order.
Shipping & Logistics
1. Do you have a warehouse in Guangzhou?
Yes, we have a warehouse in Guangzhou, as well as our own factory.
2. What if I don’t have a freight forwarder in China? How can I handle shipping and customs?
According to your situation, we can provide double clearance, including tax to the door service.
3. Do you have warehouses or distributors outside of China?
Currently, we only operate factories and warehouses within China, and do not yet have overseas distributors or warehouse locations.
4. How long does shipping take?
If you don’t have a freight forwarder, we can consult with our shipping partners and advise you on estimated delivery times for sea or air freight.
5. We need faster delivery. Can you accommodate that?
We understand how important timely delivery is. Depending on order details and material availability, we’ll do our best to speed up production and shipping to meet your timeline.
