Overview

Designed by Meet&Co, Bou’s Helsinki headquarters is a creative workplace defined by color aesthetics and textured contrast. As a renowned European brand agency, Bou adopted lightweight renovation and integrated material design based on the original industrial structure, forming a diverse workplace for focused work and collaborative creation.

The Challenge

The core challenge was to achieve a disruptive spatial renewal without large-scale demolition and reconstruction. The design needed to balance sustainable concepts and visual expression, and accommodate diverse workplace demands including individual focus, team collaboration and casual social interaction.

The Solution

The design adopts a minimal-intervention renewal strategy, retaining the original building structure, glass partitions and cement floors, and recycling most furniture. A striking color palette of warm red-orange paired with soft pink-blue, log and neutral tones shapes a unique spatial narrative. The contrast between raw industrial pipelines, soft fabrics and warm wood textures balances spatial temperament, adapting to diverse working modes and inspiring creative thinking.

The Results

The renovation practices sustainable design and realizes efficient and low-cost spatial upgrading. The ingenious collocation of colors and textures accurately interprets Bou’s brand traits of optimism and innovation. The new space breaks the dullness of traditional industrial offices with warmth and creativity, meeting diverse workplace needs, stimulating team creativity and presenting a three-dimensional brand display.
