Designed by Meet&Co, the project spans three buildings named Aura, Echo and Lumnia, serving as the group’s largest office hub in Portugal. Centered on the concept of a contemporary flexible workplace, the design adopts natural materials to balance comfort and efficiency within a well-organized spatial framework, creating a modern office ecosystem with an international identity and human warmth.
The design needed to consolidate scattered business operations into one campus and build a cohesive office system across three separate buildings. It also had to reconcile the professional, stable image of a financial headquarters with modern employees’ diverse demands for flexible work, social spaces and nature connection, striking a balance between operational efficiency and staff well-being.
Stone and wood veneer are deployed as primary natural materials, with a neutral palette accented by terracotta and green tones. Collaborative zones and quiet focus areas are arranged alternately, with carefully planned circulation to create rhythmic movement across the campus.
"Highlight spaces" including cafés and lounges are distributed on different floors to break hierarchical barriers and encourage cross-team interaction. Natural daylight is maximized to visually connect interiors with outdoor greenery and river views.
The campus consolidates BNP Paribas’s operations in Lisbon and shapes a young, diverse and inclusive identity for the financial headquarters. Balancing order and flexibility, the space supports efficient financial workflows while delivering a nature-connected, home-like relaxed atmosphere. It turns the human-centric workplace vision into reality and forms a comfortable and efficient headquarters campus.
