BNY Mellon’s 10,000 sqm Ireland headquarters was designed as a future-ready workplace targeting both LEED and WELL Platinum certifications, supporting 1,166 employees through a flexible hybrid working model.
The Challenge
BNY Mellon required a workplace that met the highest sustainability and wellbeing standards while creating a flexible, inclusive environment that supports collaboration, employee diversity, and evolving work patterns.
The Solution
Using workplace analytics and co-creation workshops, the design team developed a data-driven, ESG-focused workplace inspired by Dublin’s industrial waterfront heritage, integrating flexibility, inclusivity, biophilic design, and sustainability.
The Results
The four-floor headquarters delivers an efficient hybrid workplace with 700 bookable desks, collaborative neighborhoods, wellness amenities, inclusive facilities, and LEED & WELL Platinum certifications, enhancing employee experience and operational performance.
