Overview

Commissioned by The Unusual Space, this project aims to deliver shared office environments for multiple multinational enterprises within a unified spatial framework. Its core objective is to create a flexible workplace capable of accommodating diverse organizational structures, work styles and occupancy densities, with built-in adaptability to evolve and iterate continuously over time.

The Challenge

The project needed to accommodate offices for multiple multinational corporations. Vast disparities exist in working models and usage intensity across different teams, while fixed layouts tend to lead to either space wastage or insufficient functional capacity.

The Solution

The design adopts progressive layout ranging from public social areas and collaborative zones to highly-focused workspaces. It supports diverse scenarios including individual meetings, team brainstorming sessions and large-scale events, trying to avoid terrible user experience.

The Results

The project delivers a new type of flexible office space featuring high adaptability. It addresses pain points of traditional offices such as rigid spatial layouts and monotonous user experience, and improves the work efficiency greatly.
